Executive Assistant | Central London | Circa £30,000 + Benefits

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join a leading cancer research charity that are growing their team! You will be providing full administrative support to the Chief Executive and Director of Finance and Resources; a minimum of three years’ experience office administration is essential, EA/PA experience is desirable.

Your days will never be the same as you will be responsible for:
• Expenses
• Diary management
• Travel and visa arrangements
• Inbox management
• Office management duties and HR duties
• Preparing Trustee and Senior Management Team agendas and papers
• Organising Board of Trustee meetings, Board sub-committee and working group meetings

You will work on a wide variety of senior assignments and will be skilled at juggling lots of different tasks while keeping the plates spinning. You will have excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of how a charity / business plans and manages its operations; as well as knowing the roles that senior managers, trustees, and directors play in leading the organisation. Your ability to work well within a team and meet deadlines even when under pressure will set you apart.

To be successful in this position, you must be a hardworking and conscientious self-starter who proactively finds solutions to problems. You will also need to be IT literate, proactive, methodical, efficient, approachable, and flexible with high attention to detail.
