Interim Benefits and Systems Manager | 3 Month FTC | Watford

£200 per day, 3 month FTC, Watford onsite parking available!

Do you have experience with benefits and operation systems? Are you looking for an interim role within an international creative company?

If so, read on!

You will be joining as the Interim Benefits and Systems Manager where you will manage and administer the UK employee risk benefits across the company. You will be liaising with Senior Management to set up and maintain cross divisional benefit plans in the UK.

Your main responsibilities are:
• Responsible for managing and administering all risk benefits and pension requirements
• Manage the benefits system, prepare data and negotiate risk renewals
• Implement new UK benefit programs/ initiatives, manage changes to existing programs, investigate competitors plans and keep up to date on the market
• Maintain relationships with external benefit vendors, brokers and consultants and support the OH&S requirements and work closely with HR, Payroll, Health and Safety teams

This is a truly all-encompassing position which will allow you to develop your existing skills while managing a small team within a collaborative and friendly International company.

You will be degree educated, have strong experience in managing auto enrolment practices, be technically strong on risk insurance benefits and have experience in benefit systems management.
