As an Assistant you will be assisting the Arts collection team with all admin tasks. On a daily basis you will be scanning, cataloguing, filing and updating details on some seriously impressive and expensive art. This position would be perfect for someone looking to start immediately and has experience/ education in Art, Classics or History of Art.

You must be available for an immediate start and possess the following: -

• Excellent core administrative and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive/enthusiastic attitude
• Approachable “go to person”
• Excellent Time management
• Common sense and a practical approach
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
