HR Officer
Our client is a wonderful Membership Organisation and they are seeking a temporary HR Officer to join their team. The role is for 6 months with potential to go perm thereafter. You will be a people-person and a team player and have experience in the following areas:
HR Administration:
Create and produce processes as required by the business
Ensure records and systems are up to date
Point of contact for the charities that the organisation support
Review, update and amend policies
Recruitment and On-boarding:
Organise recruitment timetables as vacancies occur
Negotiate agency rates
Circulate CVs
Draft contracts and issue offer letters as required
Manage relationships with agencies
New starter inductions
ER:
Record absences
Flag cases that have reached trigger cases for discussion
Ensure policies are implemented
Support family friendly and flexible working absence requests
Suggest improvements to attendance management process and policy
Trigger HR Policies as needed
Pay, benefits and contracts:
Run end to end payroll for staff
Implement pay changes
Conduct pay research
Process pensions
Enrol employees on pension schemes
Run reports as needed
Experience of using Cascade system is beneficial
