Office Manager – SW4
£26,000 for 27.5 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity to become the lynchpin of the Clapham office of this well known, established but growing enterprise and if you live locally there will be no commuting!!
They have recently been bought by another well known company and have big expansion plans, so the environment although very relaxed is entrepreneurial. As a consequence they need a really organised and experienced Office Administrator, perhaps you have had EA experience in the past, but now want to try something different and grow with the company. The hours are great as you will start at 7:30am and be all finished by 1pm, leaving your afternoons completely free Monday to Friday!
This is an all round job, with a wide range of general admin skills, one thing that is a pre-requisite is you need to be very organised!!
•You will be the first point of contact for all their clients telephone queries, helping with enquiries, quotations etc.
•Keeping all information up to date, ensuring the spreadsheet/database has current live information in it so the team know what is going on at all times
•Carry out some of the HR functions, such as tracking holiday days, issuing employee contracts, logging sick days
•They really need someone who can oversee the efficient running of the office, as well as report writing and office procurement
•Management of petty cash (this is a daily requirement), taking payments, invoicing, chasing payments
You really are the lynchpin for the team as many of them are often out of the office most of the day, as well as be the vital link to their other office in central London. This is an extremely diverse and all encompassing position for someone who has 3+ years senior administration experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, is proactive, efficient and has excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
