Temporary Corporate Receptionist / Assistant

We currently have exceptional temporary positions with a leading Investment firm based in the City.

Our client is looking for polished Corporate Receptionists and Assistants to join their organisation in the City.

To be considered for this role you will need to be highly articulate, well-presented and professional.

This role will involve:

Meeting and greeting.
Working with a switchboard.
Providing a VIP/5 star experience for clients.
Booking meeting rooms.
Coordinating with the facilities team.
Issuing security passes.
The ideal candidate will:

Be highly articulate and well polished.
Have previous experience in a 5 star customer service environment.
Be self-motivated, proactive and hard-working.
Be friendly and a team player.
This role would suit someone who has come from a previous background and understands what is expected in order to be a corporate receptionist.
