We are looking for a Talent Resourcer who thrives when challenged to come up with better ways to do things and is able to clearly express themselves and ideas while also interested to hear others’ too.

On a daily basis you will be actively sourcing for relevant candidates, using various social media platforms including LinkedIn, being involved in networking days, training, referral schemes, headhunting events, booking interviews, attending events, supporting the recruitment cycle, diary management for the team of 4, general administrative tasks and many more tasks.

This role is extremely fast paced and collaborative and requires you to be reactive while being highly proactive at the same time. You must be able to multitask to be successful in this role. This role requires someone who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy so previous experience as a Resourcer will be highly beneficial.
