This is an amazing opportunity for an Office Manager to join a progressive and prestigious law firm in a pivotal role running the office.

You will need to have an excellent academic track record and have had a progressive career within the legal world and be ready to step into a new role where you will be responsible for a hugely varied OM role.

You will be responsible for all HR activities from recruitment throughout the whole employee life cycle so your HR expertise will be put to good use. Just some of the HR duties include internal recruitment coordination, inductions for new joiners, overseeing the appraisal and reward scheme, leading on employee engagement and accurate record keep of all HR documentation.

Another exciting aspect of the role is on-boarding new lawyers when they join the firm and introducing them to the suite of services that the support team can offer them to ensure they have a smooth start and receive the best possible service.

The role will also incorporate all standard Office Manager duties such as supplier liaison, coordinating office moves, health and safety duties, and managing facilities.

Working closely with the Head of Operations as well as the Solicitor Support Manager and the Lawyer community, you will play a pivotal role in this dynamic firm and will require the necessary poise, confidence, warmth and intelligence to carry it off!
