Employee Engagement Manager

We are working on behalf of a hugely successful, digital tech company with a creative feel and a hugely entrepreneurial ethos who are seeking someone special to join them as their Employee Engagement Manager. The offices here are absolutely incredible and no expense has been spared to ensure that staff are satisfied with their surroundings and on site services (gym, massage, coffee, breakfast…) your role is to ensure they are happy with everything else!
Sitting within the HR Function you will be responsible for:
Full responsibility and ownership for the employee engagement agenda
Implement strategy for employee satisfaction surveys, including sourcing suppliers and using innovative methods
Analysing results and making recommendations to management
Working throughout the business spending time in every area, genuinely getting to know the staff
Create compelling communications including insightful newsletters on a regular basis
Plan and produce exciting internal events to galvanize the team
Communicating information and strategy through the business
We are looking for individual who is highly organised, detail orientated, has bags of creativity and is an excellent verbal and written communicator. You will need to show your experience in working across both traditional and digital channels and your experience of how corporate social responsibility brings social, environmental and business value and how it can be implemented in practice.
This is a pivotal, fun new role where you are responsible for the people agenda.
