Brilliant position has become available for an experienced Secretary to work for a Leading International Accountancy firm in the West End. This is a busy and diverse role which requires a candidate who has previously worked within a corporate environment.
Your main responsibilities will include organising travel, meetings, diary management, inbox management and generating reports. You must have excellent communications skills as you will be responsible for the assistance to clients and members. You must have experience with audio and copy typing, producing PowerPoint Presentations, reformatting documents and database management. Excellent attention to detail is paramount as you will be dealing with extremely confidential documents and proof reading.
