Executive PA

Brilliant role has become available for an experienced Executive PA to work for a rapidly growing International Investment Firm based in their London Office. You will be supporting the CEO, Chairman and the Executive Team. This is an extremely fast paced role and will require complex travel arrangements, so experience in travel management is a must.

Your day will never be the same, one minute you will be handling the diary management for both business and personal appointments to arranging social/ corporate events, conferences, holidays and parties. Organising and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations while also preparing and reconciling expenses. You will also be required to perform other ad hoc personal and professional tasks as required.

This is an extremely diverse and varied role requiring someone who has at least 3 years experience, has worked within an international basis before, is an excellent communicator and can work autonomously while still being part of an extremely senior team. You must be enthusiastic, committed, adaptable and have exceptional relationship skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile and is self motivated.
