Interim Head of Marketing
My client, a well known global charity is seeking a dynamic, inspiring and forward thinking marketer to join as Interim Head of Marketing. You will lead an established team, to deliver innovative campaigns and materials in collaboration with key partners which will inspire consumers and increase brand recognition.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
•Leading the planning, creation and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to optimise engagement and promote the brand.
•Working closely with the Head of Campaigning to ensure the marketing activities are being sufficiently and appropriately amplified through the supporter base, and likewise that supporter-led activity is being translated to integrated activity at retail and with branded partners where appropriate.
•Developing marketing strategies for commercial and consumer launches. Working with internal departments including the Media team to maximise the impact of campaigns.
•Leading the performance and development of a team of Marketing Managers.
•Management of the Marketing budget.
To apply you should have/be;
•Extensive hands on experience in the development and integration of marketing communications in digital, above and below the line, preferably in an FMCG, retail or high profile not-for-profit organisation, including agency management
•Experience of developing effective, results-driven joint marketing strategies for brands, with consumers and retail businesses particularly in retail and on-line environments within categories
•Experience of working closely with a market research function translating insight into impactful marketing strategies or channels
•Business to business marketing experience, with a proven track record of influencing commercial partners at a senior level
•Strong people management skills, able to lead and develop a high performing marketing team. Able to demonstrate effective delegation and delivery
•Experience of managing creative agencies
•Experience of developing and executing integrated campaigns (above-the-line, digital and below-the-line)
