Brilliant new role is available for a Membership Executive to work for an established worldwide professional association of practitioners in their stunning London Offices.
The Membership team is responsible for providing daily assistance to members, delivering information to potential members, maintaining records on internal databases and administering existing memberships. This new opportunity will allow you to be part of a vibrant and dynamic team where collaboration is extremely important.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the membership database, providing statistics, reports and the dashboards, liaising with applications and examiners, organise and attend meetings, updating and maintenance of the website and dealing with queries.
The Membership Executive will be required to maintain the high standard of integrity in all matters which relate to the company and ensure that the best professional interest of the company and their members or third parties receive good quality of service.
We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with Salesforce and contact/ membership database, proficient in Microsoft Office and a strong telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
You will need to be highly motivates, enthusiastic, able to take initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organised, strong attention to detail, able to manage project simultaneously and have a desire to make a difference within a small, friendly team.
