Senior Administrator/ Front of House

Brilliant new role has become available for an administrative professional looking to join an exciting and entrepreneurial investment/advisory firm in their well established London offices.

You will be required to support the senior Directors of the firm and the sales team with all secretarial/administration and project based work as well as all the front of house tasks such as meets and greets, arranging/ maintaining meeting rooms and bookings and all administrative tasks throughout the office.

This is an extremely busy and diverse roll which will enable you to develop and grow. It will suit someone who is looking for the next step in developing their role and must be happy working in the office on their own on occasion during extremely busy periods. You must have intermediate to advance Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, have an interest in finance or investments and have previous secretarial/administrative experience.
