Talent Coordination - You will work directly with all candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure relevant interviews are scheduled and corresponding feedback is delivered. We expect you to measure our general performance and suggest improvements
Candidate Care - Working to improve all aspects of a candidate’s experience when engaged at interview with Improbable from preparatory documents to travel arrangements and refreshments to general advice on the locality and company. We expect you to constantly improve our offering and bring ideas to the table in special situations.
Sourcing - Learning the ropes of recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, helping our team to qualify applications, organise events, build job adverts and monitor online social media activity.
To be considered for this role, it is essential you have, high levels of emotional intelligence; able to comfortably understand, relate and communicate with individuality in mind. Be extremely analytical and able to quickly focus on important details. Be truly personal and genuinely friendly, Self-aware, empathetic and considered.
