Head of HR
Part-time Head of HR required. 3 days a week. Superb opportunity to join a fast growth tech business.
Generalist HR role focusing on three key areas; recruitment, retention and performance management.
Stand-alone HR position looking after a client group of 80 employees.

Salary will be pro rata for the three days a week. You will receive shares in the business and 25 days holiday.
The business was founded three years ago by a couple of well known and respected entrepreneurs, since it has grown rapidly and gone from strength to strength.
You will report to one of the founders who is the CEO, he works at a million miles an hour and is a genius; it is essential you can keep up. The staff are typically red brick Uni grad caliber, at the top of their game and highly ambitious. You must want to work in this type of culture and feel that you are aligned.
Ideal candidate should be/have:
CIPD qualified, generalist HR experience, have been responsible for recruitment, retention and performance management, able to truly partner with senior management and stakeholders across the business, professional and polite in all communications, strong planning and organisational skills, ability to manage a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment; responding efficiently to high pressure situations.
