Regular Giving Team Manager

Our client is a wonderful, well-known Animal Charity and they are seeking a Regular Giving Team Manager to develop operational and strategic budgets and plans for the Regular Giving team. Direct Marketing sits within Individual Giving and is responsible for raising millions of pounds of income through a mixture of regular giving, cash, raffle, legacy and in memory giving You will line manage the Regular Giving Team and acquire new regular givers in the most cost effective way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, implement and manage accurate budgets and operational plans for the Regular Giving team which meet the wider departmental and organisational needs.

• Managing high profile direct marketing campaigns

• Operational management and implementation of the Regular Giving programme

• Lead the Regular Giving team, setting objectives, undertaking regular one to ones, performance reviews and identifying training requirements for team to ensure they are able to fulfil the requirements of their roles.

• Build effective working relationships both within fundraising and across the organisation.


Person specification:
-Specialist knowledge of Regular Giving acquisition and retention
- Demonstrable experience of budgeting and forecasting multi million pound income and expenditure budgets
-Ideally proficient working knowledge of Raisers Edge Database
-Excellent standard of computer literacy, with particular reference to MS Office
