Research Consultant

Spectacular opportunity has become available for a Research Consultant to join a world class fast growing executive search company.

We are looking for someone who has 12-18 months of experience in an executive search firm and who has a proven track record of delivering results. You will also have a keen interest in consumer industries, be ambitious, warm and results driven.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Understanding the role brief and formulating search strategies
• Market and candidate mapping/identification
• Presenting the brief to suitable candidates
• Management of candidates for example interview preparation an communication/information management
• Progress updates to internal/ external stakeholders
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who is able to contribute towards a supportive, collaborative and fun working environment

Must be resilient, enjoy researching and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to operate in fast paced environment.
