Are you a temp Receptionist who is currently available?
We are currently looking for a temp Receptionist to cover holiday for a client of ours based in the City.
Please see brief description of duties below (previous experience is needed).
-Meet and greet visitors
-Notify staff member of their arrival
-Hand out visitor badges
-Answer all incoming calls, transfer to the appropriate member of staff
-Sort and distribute mail to employees
-Hand out incoming courier packages, ensure employees sign for docs
-Prepare outgoing courier packages
-Process daily outgoing mail using a franking machine
-Manage meeting room bookings
-Book taxis on account
-Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
Knowledge and Experience:
-Previous office administrative experience is essential
-Experience in using a switchboard and working at a busy reception (preferred)
