Fund PA within growing fund management company

The chosen PA will be joining a busy team working for a leading investment Manager; reporting to clients and dealing with administrative duties. The business has expanded significantly over the last few years and now is a great time to join as their PA!

What will your PA role include?

Assisting with production of Annual Reports and other formal documents (shareholder circulars, letters) etc.
Coordinating printing and posting of documents to shareholders.
Processing of new applications from investors.
Assisting with Board meeting preparations.
Assisting with shareholder communications and mailings.
Assisting in maintaining shareholder database.
Assisting with the payment of commission and adviser charges.
Producing bank reconciliations for funds raised.

The PA will be working alongside a fantastic team within a strong administrative network. The ideal PA candidate will be flexible, happy to work in a team and be a good team player.  Good numeracy and attention to detail is key for this PA role, along with strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
