As the company Receptionist you will be responsible for proactively manage 6 meeting room calendars, monitor and order supplies for kitchen and stationery departments, present a professional front of house image at all times, greet guests professionally, set up meeting room and see to the catering, booking taxis and couriers, preparing presentations – printing, binding etc. and general office administration.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
