Payments Advisor

Exciting new job opportunities for Payments Advisors, in a young and dynamic company based near Loughton. This company is a short-term loan provider, with a fun and social team working in the call centre to process applications from clients.

The job will involve contacting clients through phonecalls, responding to email ands letters and collect all new and existing debt, agreeing interest payments, settlements or repayment plans where possible.

Depending on your perfomance you will have the chance to earn an extra £150- £800 bonus every month in addition to a generous basic salary.

All training will be provided and all you need to qualify is a polite and well spoken telephone manner, high accuracy/attention to detail when processing applications. Work experience wise candidates with call centre experience will be considered.

Must have GCSE's in English and Maths.

Working hours:

5 days per week, (this will be a combination of weekdays and weekends excluding Sundays)

The weekday shifts are either 8:00am - 4:00pm, or 10:00am - 6:30pm.

The working hours for weekends are 8:00am - 3:30pm.

Overtime hours are available if you are interested in earning more money!

Free car parking facilities will be available once you have successfully passed the probationary period (3 months).

There are also plenty of free residential parking spots in the area.
