£14.00 per hour
The Maine Group are currently on the look out for a professional and bubbly Team Administrator to join their client, a passionate not-for-profit organisation, based in Victoria.

As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for;
• Meeting and event coordination
• Arranging international travel; flights, accommodation, visas, transport
• Administration and financial support (including reconciliation)
You will have had relevant work experience supporting a busy team with a high volume of international travel for team members and be comfortable with providing financial support. You will also be comfortable with using the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
The ideal candidate will be available to temp for the next 2-3 months and be interested in a permanent opportunity. You must have excellent written and oral skills and be competent with the MS Office Suite.
