HR Advisor for a huge Professional Services Company
Working for one of Londons finest Professional Services Companies in London you will be tasked with providing HR Advice across your own client group.
You will come from a similar background in Professional Services, Accountancy or Finance in a HR capacity.

Recruitment and selection

Partner Support and Line Management Development
What they are looking for in the Person:
A Graduate with a relevant degree
An HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 1 years experience working in a generalist environment as a HR Advisor
Experience of investigating disciplinaries and grievances, and conducting redundancies and general consultations (essential)
Experience of professional or financial services environment (preferable)
Experience of working independently from line manager (preferable)
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent client service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
