A 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills are incredibly important as the individual will be required to answer the main telephone and deal confidently and professionally with enquiries.
Answering the intercom at their main gate and front door
Providing general admin duties to assist the Executive Assistant
Dealing with incoming post and sort outgoing post
Receive and organise the distribution of courier deliveries
Monitoring inbox enquiries and forwarding where necessary
Assisting with management of documents in company safe
Ideal candidate qualities:
Educated to GCSE and A level standard
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
At least 1 year's experience in reception or administrative role
