Interim Experienced Receptionist
The Maine Group are currently looking for an immediately available, experienced Receptionist to work on an on-going part time assignment.
Duties will include meeting and greeting guests, answering incoming phone calls, managing the general reception email in-box, dealing with the post, arranging couriers and taxis, being a point of contact for suppliers and contractors, setting up meeting rooms, ordering refreshments and other receptionist duties.
We are particularly interested in applicants with recent experience of working in contract front-of-house positions within corporate professional services.
The ability to pick up new systems, as well as previous skills of having used a variety of switchboards will be ideal.
Working hours will be Thursdays and Fridays, 8.00am - 5:30pm.
The role is based in Victoria, within walking distance to the station.
