HR Officer
An independent broker that prides itself on service excellence is seeking a fantastic HR Officer to ensure the effective delivery of their HR service.
Key responsibilities:
Advising managers on policies and procedures Recruitment responsibilities
Administration of job descriptions Under taking the new joiner, transfer, promotion and leaver service
Maintenance of staff personnel files
Carrying out exit interviews
Carrying out disciplinary/grievance procedures
Undertaking appropriate project work
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience within an HR function, basic knowledge of employment related legislation and experience working for an insurance broker or insurance company within an HR function. Apply to Maine HR today!
