A leading global financial services organisation is looking to recruit a Team Administrator for their legal department. The Team Administrator will provide administrative assistance to all members of the Legal Department.
A the Team Administrator, your responsibilities will include initiating and following-up relevant reports and company policies as well as maintaining records and files. There is also a requirement for the improvement and maintenance of important filing systems, diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and support for meetings.
It is essential that the Team Administrator can comfortably work with detailed documentation to a very high degree of accuracy. The ideal person will be a team player with a flexible a pro-active attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is a must as well as a sound knowledge of MS Office and working with Excel spreadsheets.
Japanese language skills are desirable but not essential.
