TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
Traditional private members club with high profile clients.
you will work; Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4pm
temp - perm role with immediate start in the New Year
up to £30,000 P.A
Duties for this team admin role include;
Daily admin and supporting the Managing Director, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Senior Managers
Managing expenses
Arranging flights/transport/accommodation for VIP Patrons and staff
Arranging overseas transport and tour guides
Preparing letters to support visas and passports and visa application documentation
Arranging staff travel
Preparing detailed itineraries for London, UK and Europe which will include attractions
For this team administrator role you will have;
Some experience of coordinating international travel
A sound knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Excellent organisation skills
