A boutique investment bank in Mayfair are seeking a polished HR Manager/Advisor for a fixed term contract. In addition to the desirable location, this role offers a competitive package as well as exciting project exposure.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Working on HR projects with the Head of HR
Implementing training initiatives
Supporting group businesses with policy set up
Managing Visas and work permits
Working with business heads to understand team requirements
Extensive recruitment responsibilities including interviewing, hire coordination, offer letters, new starter set up, induction management etc.
The desired candidate:
Education to degree level or equivalent HR qualification
5 years experience in an HR Department within financial services
Excellent stakeholder liaison skills
Proven ability in discretion and confidentiality
