A highly respected research firm are seeking a Client Services Assistant to join their small but growing sales team. This role would be ideal for a graduate who is interested in a career within Financial Services and Sales and is looking for the opportunity to progress within an experienced firm in the City of London working with some of the industry’s leading professionals!

Key Responsibilities:

Organising and preparing all relevant materials for meetings with target clients and clients as required by the Business Development Manager and CEO.
Assisting with organising and marketing company events such as investor forums, roadshows and corporate lunches.
Proactively gathering and analysing stock market, industry news and company information to progress current and future commercial opportunity.
Ensuring that the sales team are aware of and attending key industry events.
Writing up notes from meetings and proactively ensuring that actions from meetings are followed up by the sales team.
Assisting with the publication and distribution of research and readership reports.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Assisting with updating the company website.
Providing support to the any other team members as required.
