Team Assistant

Our client is a leading and established legal and litigation support services firm based in the heart of the City. They are seeking a dynamic and efficient Team Assistant on a temp to permanent basis. You will work closely with the Managing Director. As an organised and professional Team Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the office whilst gaining the opportunity to work within a lively and fast-paced office environment. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the main point of contact for telephone calls and enquiries

- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients to the building

- Managing diaries, arranging appointments

- Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments, taking notes during meetings

- Sorting and distributing post

- Carrying out any research for team members

- Typing, formatting and producing documents, letters, presentations and reports

- Maintaining all office databases and systems

- Assisting senior management with HR and recruitment processes

- Liaising with all stakeholders including suppliers and clients

- Organising internal and external corporate events

- Assisting the Managing Director with administrative duties such as policy renewals

- General administrative support

As a Team Assistant, you will have a flexible, proactive attitude to work and proven organisational skills. You will ideally be enthusiastic and professional with advanced Microsoft Office skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing company. Please send your CV for consideration.
