Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant – Boutique Investment Firm – West End

My client, a boutique investment firm based in the West End, are looking for a bright and articulate graduate to join their small and friendly team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the front of house, answering calls, meeting and greeting clients, maintaining meeting rooms and providing first class administrative support to the Executive Assistant and team with travel arrangements, diary management and reservation bookings.

Key Duties:

• Managing reception: Answering calls, meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner and providing refreshments
• Administrative and PA support: travel arrangements, diary management, reservation bookings and supporting the Executive Assistant with ad hoc administrative duties.
• Meeting room management: ensuring the office space is presented in a professional manner at all times.
• Assisting the Executive Assistant with the office management

You will be a recent graduate who is looking to take their first step into a professional environment where full training, development and guidance will be given. You will be articulate, well presented and professional with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. They are looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, demonstrates a proactive nature and is highly organised.

The role is paying up to £22,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits package on top.
