Temp Retail Head Office Position

Our client is a high end fashion retailer, they are currently seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills to join their busy team over the Christmas period. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a global company

The successful candidate will have good customer service skills and a pleasant telephone manner and is able to work in a team environment. This role will include live chat conversations as well as over the phone.

Candidates must be available 365 days of the year. This is a full time position only (37 hrs per week)

What you will need to apply:

Excellent experience with Customer Care in an office environment or on the shop floor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in a second language is beneficial.
Transportation to/from work during unsociable working hours will be arranged.
Good team player
Excellent written skills and excellent communication skills
Experience with Microsoft packages
