The Maine Group's client is seeking a self directed and driven Sales Manager to help drive the strategy, generation, and servicing of their products. The ideal Sales Manager will come from an arts or design background and have worked with in a gallery or showroom environment before.
Sales Manager key duties include:
The Sales Manager will support business leaders in setting the strategy for the clients sales function.
Set sales targets aligned to organisational goals - and oversee delivery.
Driving the sales team dynamic through regular meetings and ongoing, communication.
Nurturing a learning culture within the team and across the business.
Sales Manager requirements:
Client focused, and sensitive to the client’s needs (often working with HNWI).
Well organised, with ability to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
PC literate, with sound knowledge of Excel.
Team orientated with an adaptable and flexible attitude.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
