Senior Customer Service Executive

Maine Sales' client, a high end and well established retailer is currently seeking an experience customer service executive to join their existing team as a senior member.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a wonderful culture and environment, develop management skills and grow within a growing brand.

The role will involve -
• Taking inbound customer service queries.
• Inbound & outbound call handling.
• Resolving escalated complaints.
• Assisting in team training.
• Writing and drafting email response and letters to customers.
• Liaising with senior individuals.
• Delivering an executive level of customer service.
• Sharing expert knowledge of the products.
• Diffusing difficult situations.
• Covering senior management when needed.

• Excellent written communication skills.
• Previous experience of resolving complaints.
• Proven experience in leadership.
