HR Project Manager

HR Project Manager, based in Central London, £50,000-£60,000- 6 month Contract
Are you a Project Manager looking to work within a dynamic HR team and a creative space? This is a superb opportunity for you take ownership of some exciting HR projects, plan and oversee projects from beginning to end. TO START IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Key Responsibilities
• Understand the strategic direction of the HR division as well as the day to day essentials we are bringing together and agree project objectives
• Build successful relationships with HR and all other stakeholders across the business
• Conduct research and make recommendations for the direction of projects
• Assess new initiatives and projects to prioritise against our goals
• Make sure that all the aims of the projects are met
• Oversee the accounting, costing and billing
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Carry out risk assessment
• Utilise a planned, structured and methodical approach to project delivery and managing project streams
• Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan and then monitor and track deliverables
• Manage changes to the projects and schedules
• Performance risk management to minimize project risks
• Assemble and co-ordinate project staff
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Provide direction and support to the team
• Present reports defining project progress to stakeholders, flag problems and make solutions

Previous Experience
• You will have a strong background in project work
• Previous experience in fully managing implementation of programmes and projects
• Recognised Project Management qualification
