Based in the West End, my client is a leading investment manager with a strong client portfolio. I have worked with them for many years and have watched them grow and develop successfully.
The Ventures team are growing and they are now looking for an Administrator to support the Head of Investments and the wider team.
The role is to provide administrative support to the existing team. In particular, the role will include:
Assisting with production of Annual Reports and other formal documents
Dealing with new applications from investors to subscribe for shares
Coordinating preparation of Board packs to go to directors
Assisting with Board meeting preparations
Assisting with shareholder communications and some mailings
Assisting in maintaining shareholder database.
Assisting in making stock exchange announcements
Assisting with telephone queries from investors and financial advisers
Assisting the accounting team with bank payments
Liaising with companies’ share registrars
Assisting with proof reading documents
Assisting in maintaining the company website
Are you the right fit?
You will ideally have had some experience in a financial services administration role
Person should be flexible, happy to work in a team and be a good team player
Good interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Word (mail merge, section breaks, advanced formatting would be helpful) and good knowledge of Excel
