HR Team Leader

Maine HR are working behalf of an award winning client who is looking for a HR Team Leader. This would suit a talented HR professional who would be looking to progress and hone their Managerial expertise.

This friendly and laid back HR Team would be a great cultural fit for someone who has a work hard play hard attitude. If you are somebody who thrives in a socially orientated team and can become a trusted coach and mentor to the three existing HR Advisors, then this could be the perfect role for you. The role would suit a candidate of HR Business Partner level who has a proven track record of managing/mentoring teams.

Additionally, a significant amount of ER experience would be required in this role and It's crucial that you can gain the trust of all staff across the business. Part of your responsibility will be to manage your own disciplinary and grievance cases as well as your teams work load so an agile approach is required.

Part of the role involves leading on the HR aspect of the business strategy all whilst raising the profile of the HR team.
