PA to HR Director and HR Administrator, Based in the City, £35000-£36000

Are you interested in the hospitality industry? Do you have a passion for food? My client is a global high end restaurant group and is looking to hire a PA/HR Administrator to support the HR Director. This is a chance to be apart of a growing and creative organisation.

In this role you will be working alongside talented dynamic HR professionals and you will be providing support to the HR Director and HR Business Partners whilst delivering HR goals and objectives within the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

PA and Administrative Support:-
• Diary Management, arranging and coordinating all meetings for the HR Director
• Administering HR reports for the board and collating all other meeting reports and information
• Reporting monthly EHO ratings

HR Duties:-
• Administer the talent bank with high talent prospective candidates
• Coordinate salary reviews, benefits and performance awards
• Administer bonus schemes, manage administration for recruitment, coordinating interviews
• Issuing offer letters, updating payroll and HR systems and production of management of information as well as carrying out right to work checks
• Carrying out monthly audits
• Monitoring, sickness, absence and timesheets for Head office employees
• Support the HR team in delivering HR projects
• Manage general HR queries
