HR Manager

HR Manager, Maternity Contract for 3-4 months, based in Central London, £150-£181 day rate

Our Client has a global presence within the Media Sector. This is an exciting creative environment to work in. Our Client is looking for an Interim HR Manager for 3-4 months to assist the Head of HR

Key Responsibilities:
• Building relationships and working closely with senior managers and internal and external stakeholders of all levels
• Coach and advise employees on HR activities including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment and career development
• Advising and coaching line manager on ER Matters and managing maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests
• Revising existing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with legislation
• Supervising 2 HR Assistants, as well as overseeing monthly payroll
• Working alongside the Head of HR in carrying out training needs and organising courses and liaising with the L&D team
Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be CIPD qualified at degree level
• Up to date knowledge of UK Employment
• Ideally previous experience working within the media industry
