Do you enjoy working in the City? Are you an experienced Secretary?

My client is a well established and highly respected Accountancy firm with lovely offices. They are looking for a Secretary to support a busy yet down to earth Partner.

Duties will include:

Diary management, organising travel and accommodation, filing, monitoring emails during partner absence, preparing letters and documents, audio and copy typing, assisting with the organisation of marketing events including dinners, presentations and business events.

This role will suit a down to earth and experienced secretary who enjoys working in a friendly and family feel environment. Previous experience is essential along with audio and copy typing.

There is a possibility that this could be a part time role 5 days a week.
