Our client, a globally renowned Investment Bank is seeking a Team Assistant to provide support to the CEO in addition to a small team of Investment Managers. Based in the heart of the West End in fantastic offices it is essential you come from a financial services background with prior experience gained from a similar role.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual investment reports
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Reports: printing, binding, distribution, circulation, filing
PowerPoint presentations for marketing purposes (clients, potential clients, educational)
Printing letters, newsletters, agendas, minutes for internal meetings
Formatting documents, Word documents, Excel charts and PowerPoint presentations, prior to distribution
Necessary record keeping, database maintenance of information pertaining to clients and contacts in Excel
Creating documents from provided notes or source documentation
Carrying out specific projects and research
Execute mail merges and create labels
With direction from the relevant investment team members, manage the process of updating terms of reference, organisational charts, biographies, and contact information
Work closely with the Data Manager to implement process improvements to electronic systems
Awareness of key deliverables prior to all meetings and communicate to team in advance
Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and requests
Assist with off-site archiving
General administration duties

You must be reliable, have experience as a Team Assistant and be comfortable in a fast paced environment where you will be supporting senior individuals. If your skills match this criteria we would love to hear from you.
