Office Administrator

A diverse, fast-paced Office Administrator role has become available with our client in the education sector, based in West London. This is an on-going temporary assignment.

The purpose of the role is to provide a high standard of secretarial, administrative and management support to the team.

We are seeking a motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual who is available immediately. Ideally, you would have had experience working within a similar role and industry (education/school). The school is looking for someone with strong IT skills (MS Office. particularly Word and Excel) and reasonable typing speed. You will need to be articulate, a self-starter with plenty of initiative and have great people skills.

You must have a portable DBS check.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Admissions, staff absence and pupil data
• Finance administrative tasks
• Diary management
• HR administration
• Assist in the smooth running of all academy activities
• Process basic customer enquiries via an online platform

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who is seeking to work for a fun, supportive environment. This would highly suit candidates who live in West London or can easily commute.
