Senior HR Administrator
An exciting Senior HR Administrator job vacancy (14 months fixed term contract) for a reputable financial services company based in London and Redhill. The location of the job is flexible and you can choose to either split your time between the London or Redhill offices, or spend the full working hours in one or the other.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a range of administration and process related advise support services in relation to the company general HR policies and recruitment procedures internally.
This will include tasks of:
•Providing HR administration support at all stages of the employee journey
•Managing day-to-day internal HR enquiries
•Assisting the HR Operations Manager in the development, communication, and adherence and maintenance of all people-related policies, processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
•Provide guidance service to management on processes and procedures
•Monitor and record all relevant HR documentation, ensuring accurate and complete records are maintained
•Provide assistance and ad hoc support for a range of people-related activities and projects
•Maintain own competence and personal development
Successful candidates will have up to date knowledge of UK employment law, and experience in HR general administration preferably from a financial services environment. Part-CIPD qualifications are essential.
This role will suit generalists who are process driven, with high attention to detail.
