Receptionist – Global Management Consultancy Firm - West End

Our client, a high profile and established Global Management Consultancy firm, is looking for a top receptionist to provide a first class reception service at their London office. Located in smart offices based in the West End, they are looking for a bright graduate with strong academics and some reception experience to effectively support the consultant and support service teams in welcoming clients to the company, answering calls and providing support to the Office Manager. You will be an excellent and articulate communicator with the confidence to liaise directly with high profile clients of the company.

The role is fast paced and the environment is dynamic. With a global reach, their expertise focuses on Senior Executive Assessment and Coaching, Management Development Programmes and Team Building, working alongside many high profile FTSE companies. As a receptionist some of your duties will include meeting and greeting clients upon arrival, offering refreshments and directing them to the right person, managing the switchboard, managing weekly room bookings keeping on top of any changes, maintaining excellent Front of House facilities, booking couriers and taxis and supporting the Office Manager as required.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be forward thinking and an excellent communicator. As a receptionist with a ‘can do’ attitude, you will be driven and proactive, continually contributing new ideas and approaches to improve standards.
