HR ADVISOR

HR Advisor
Fast growth recruitment firm based in Holborn. Stand alone role with support from external HR consultants.
Generalist position looking after a client group of 45 employees.
Excellent benefits and incentives including season ticket loan, pension, healthcare and life assurance.

This role is to support the business by administering all the HR processes required to support a growing company. You would be responsible for all HR administration as well as being the first point of contact for any HR issues or advice from staff. Eventually taking more of a lead in supporting Team Leaders in good management practice.

Responsibilities include;
? To be the first point of contact for all staff in the business for Company or personal issues or concerns
? To log all absence across the business on a daily basis, record all absence and manage all staff sickness via the BPS system
? To control all of the on boarding process from issue of offer letters and contracts to Induction into the company
? To administer the exit process i.e. letter, final balances, exit interview and communication to all necessary individuals within the company
? To issue any letters in connection with any changes to terms of employment of staff
? Liaising with hiring managers to administer the internal recruitment process including, requirement gathering, advert posting, collating CV’s, scheduling interviews, record keeping and maintaining a preferred supplier list.
? To manage the personnel filing system
? To administer the pension data monthly
? Liaise with the outsourced HR advisor and act on any instructions given
? To take notes at any disciplinary, grievance or capability hearing
? To build relationships with all staff, especially key stakeholders across all Brands in order to give advice
? To work with the Finance team and build rapport with individuals
? To develop networks externally
Projects
? To own projects as and when directed
? To assist in projects such as the roll out of the new contract and handbook
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Organisational Skills
? To be able to work independently
? To have the ability to prioritise tasks
? To have good time management skills and be able to work to deadlines
? An excellent knowledge of word/excel/powerpoint
Experience
? CIPD Qualified and experience of working in a HR Advisor capacity.
It is preferable that you have worked in a fast growth business previously.
