Are you a bright and motivated PA looking to work in a fun and sociable team?

Our client is a leading consultancy based in modern and vibrate offices in the heart of Soho, West-End London. This is a fantastically sociable company who have annual company-wide ski trips, client cocktail parties and regular company days out. They are looking for a bright, professional and experienced PA to provide Administrative and Financial support to three to five directors.

As a PA, you will be responsible for all PA and administrative support duties for the directors which will include diary management, travel arranging, arranging visas and accommodation, managing all aspects of meetings including venue arrangements, monitoring emails, overseeing office systems, proof reading documents, minute taking and typing and transcribe dictation. You will also be providing the team with PA support in producing reports (including Word and Excel skills), formatting documents using templates as well as keeping tracking and chasing all invoices for the team.

Our is looking for an experienced highly motivated PA who has a “can do” attitude and the ability to work well within a team as well as being able to use their own initiative and take responsibility where necessary. The PA must be able to prioritises and organise his/her own workload and be able to maintain confidentiality and privacy and all times. The ideal PA will have strong interpersonal, organisation and problem solving skills, with strong IT skills especially with MS Office (mainly Word and PowerPoint) and Outlook. Experience in InDesign would be preferable.

A background in Architecture or Design would be ideal but not essential.
