Experienced 111 Call Handler

Must reside within 30 minutes of WEST LONDON

Our client in West London is currently searching for experienced Pathways call handlers to join their busy team.
They are currently searching for a pro-active, articulate individual who has a customer service background.

• The individual must be willing to work flexible hours (Evening, Weekends & NIGHT Shifts.)

•The individual will work in a very busy 24 hour inbound call centre.

•This person will also need to feel comfortable in a high pressured, fast paced environment.

•This person MUST have experience with Pathways

[a full UK drivers license is desirable but not essential.]

This position is Temporary to Permanent.
