In-house recruiter EMEA
Global technology firm are currently looking to hire a Recruiter to join their busy EMEA Talent Acquisition team in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your Recruitment experience on a global scale. This is a temporary assignment for 3 months +
You will be managing the full recruitment process from end to end for all hires.
Conducting meetings with hiring manager to determine both key technical skills and critical behaviours for role success.
Setting a robust and consistent recruitment strategy and process.
Designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies using direct sourcing methods (advertising, referrals, headhunting, networking, market mapping).
Collating and reviewing CVs, short listing candidates.
Conducting competency based interviews, assessing candidates.
Managing the offer process.
Maintaining up to date tracking and management reporting.
You must have in-house or on-site permanent recruitment experience ideally within the tech space.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage high volume recruitment as well as specialist senior vacancies. You must have experience of recruiting for EMEA.
